On order placement: first and last name (for Omniva delivery), phone number (for Omniva notifications), email (for order confirmation). For B2B customers additionally: company name, registration number, invoice email. We do not collect card data — payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy).
3. Legal basis for processing
Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Who we share data with
Omniva (delivery), Resend Inc. (email notifications), Stripe Inc. (payments). Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
7 years in accordance with Estonian accounting law requirements.
