2. What data we collect and why
On order placement: first and last name (for delivery), phone number (for carrier notifications), email (for order confirmation and carrier notifications). For B2B customers additionally: company name, registration number, VAT number (if provided). To protect the order form from bots we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address and technical browser data. We do not collect card data — payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS.

Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Who we share data with
Maksekeskus AS (payment processing, authorized processor); carriers via the Maksekeskus shipping service — SmartPosti, DPD, Unisend, Venipak, Omniva (name, phone, email, pickup point); Resend Inc. (email notifications); Cloudflare Inc. (Turnstile — bot protection for the order form: IP address, browser data); Neon (order data storage, EU region); Vercel Inc. (website hosting, Vercel Web Analytics); ImprovMX (forwarding of incoming mail to @fibra.ee addresses). Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7 years in accordance with Estonian accounting law requirements.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability. Contact us at info@fibra.ee. Complaints may be submitted to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate — www.aki.ee.
7. Cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics (processor: Vercel Inc.) to collect aggregated visit statistics: page, referrer, country, device type and browser. Collection takes place without cookies and without identifying the visitor. Analytical and marketing cookies are not used. The shopping cart is stored in the browser's localStorage.
