Polypropylene (PP) Microfiber 6mm (PPMIF06)

Diameter 22-32 μm, tensile strength ≥500 MPa, elastic modulus ≥3500 MPa. Prevents plastic shrinkage cracks in the early concrete curing stage. Disperses uniformly during standard mixing. For floor screeds, plasters, monolithic concrete. Dosage 0.6-0.9 kg/m³.

Polypropylene (PP) Microfiber 12mm (PPMIF12)

Same properties, longer fiber length. More effective crack bridging along fiber length. For structural concrete, shotcrete, underground structures.

Polypropylene (PP) Mesh Fiber 20mm (PPMEF20)

Diameter ~100 μm, tensile strength ≥450 MPa. Mesh structure opens during mixing and forms a three-dimensional support framework inside the concrete. Alternative to anti-shrinkage mesh. For industrial floors, shotcrete, repair mortars.

Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) Microfiber 20mm (PVAMIF20)

Diameter 15-25 μm, tensile strength ≥1200 MPa, elastic modulus ≥35 GPa. Hydrophilic surface provides high bond with cement matrix. For critical structures, ECC, marine and underground applications.

Polypropylene (PP) Macrofiber 50mm (PPMAF50) — pre-order

Diameter 1.0 mm, tensile strength 450 MPa, modulus 5100 MPa. Structural fiber — replaces steel mesh in ground-supported floors and non-structural applications.

Basalt Fiber 30 mm (BAF30) — pre-order

Tensile strength 2600 MPa, modulus 85 GPa, alkali resistance ≥80%. Mineral fiber for wet and aggressive environments — does not corrode unlike steel.

Polypropylene (PP) microfiber — cost-effective solution for shrinkage crack control in screeds, plasters and general construction concrete. Chemically inert, non-corrosive, adds no structural weight.

Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) fiber — when high matrix bond strength and long-term durability are required. Used in demanding applications: high-performance concrete, marine and underground structures.
