Where is PP Macrofiber 50mm used
PP Macrofiber 50mm is used where structural concrete reinforcement without steel mesh is needed. In industrial and warehouse floors it replaces welded steel mesh — distributes load evenly throughout the slab volume, reduces labor costs and placement time. In parking areas and open spaces it provides resistance to dynamic loads and freeze-thaw cycles. For shotcrete it improves cohesion and reduces rebound. Non-corrosive in aggressive environments — advantage over steel fiber in high humidity conditions.
How much PP macrofiber is needed per m³ of concrete
Standard dosage — 2.0–8.0 kg per 1 m³ of concrete. Calculation example: warehouse floor 100 m², thickness 15 cm = 15 m³ concrete → at 2.0 kg/m³ dosage need 30 kg. Contact us for dosage calculation for your specific project.
