2. General
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms. Consumer rights apply exclusively to natural persons.
3. Products and prices
Prices in euros, VAT-exempt (company is not VAT-registered). The price at the time of order is final.
4. Ordering and payment
Order is confirmed by email. Payment by bank transfer using details provided by the seller. B2B orders receive an invoice. Goods are dispatched after payment is received.
5. Delivery
Delivery via Omniva across Estonia. Cost communicated with payment details. Timeline — 1–2 business days after payment. Seller is not liable for Omniva delays or force majeure.
6. Right of withdrawal (natural persons only)
14 calendar days from receipt. Item must be in original unopened packaging. Notify info@fibra.ee before deadline. Return shipping via Omniva pakiautomaat paid by buyer. After inspection, seller refunds full item cost and original delivery cost within 14 days. Does not apply to legal entities.
7. Product quality
Seller guarantees conformity of physical characteristics with stated specifications. For physical defects — replacement only. Conditions: notify before use at info@fibra.ee with photos, within 14 days of receipt for visible defects, with original packaging. Does not cover: improper storage, opened/used packaging, results of application, incorrect dosage. Maximum liability — product replacement. Monetary compensation for indirect losses is excluded.
8. Limitation of liability for application
Fiber is a professional construction material. Seller is not liable for: results of application (concrete, screed, structure quality), damage from incorrect type or dosage selection, damage from incorrect mixing or placement procedure, structural decisions made by the buyer. Technical specifications and dosage recommendations are informational only and do not constitute engineering documentation. Maximum seller liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
9. Dispute resolution
Submit complaints to info@fibra.ee, response within 15 business days. Consumers may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee: www.ttja.ee or the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
